Just
a quick note to say thank you for helping us make our wedding
as beautiful and stress free as it was. The table settings
were perfect and the food was excellent too. It was really
nice to get the phone calls from everyone after the wedding
saying how nice everything was. This is all thanks to you
and your staff that helped on the day.

I wanted
to apologise for not thanking you and Paul and your wonderful
staff on the day of our wedding. I had planned to thank
you in my speech, but in my emotional state I cut things
short so I wouldn’t ruin my makeup.
Everyone
at the wedding has since commented to us on how wonderful
the food was and they all drank heaps so the staff must
have done a great job keeping the glasses full. You certainly
helped make our special day very special.
I am
glad we had the trial dinner party before the wedding. Paul
should put a patent on his profiteroles, as they were the
best I have ever tasted.
Be assured
that if anyone I know needs a caterer I will no hesitate
to recommend Blue Orange.

service you gave us in catering for Trevor’s 21st
birthday party.
Your
organisation was spot on and we have said so many times
that we would never have coped without you. So many people
have commented on the standard of food that you served.
It is certainly so much better than any other catered food
we have ever had. I think this was evident by the fact that
nothing was left, especially by the young ones.
Your
uniforms looked so professional and given the dreadful heat
on the day, you did a remarkable job. The extra help given
to us was very much appreciated. The kitchen was a dream
to walk back into after it had been completely cleaned by
your staff when it was all over.
