Our highly trained European-dressed catering staff are charged at $18 per hour (minimum 4 hours). Some menus are inclusive of 1 chef and 1 waiter and we can advise you at the time of booking if additional staff may be required to ensure our function runs smoothly.

On conclusion of your event the the team cleans the catering area, leaving the party to continue on.

Should you require hire equipment such as marquees, glasses, plates, etc we are only too happy to assist with the finer details.
