Our award-winning chefs take inspiration from around the globe including Europe, Asia, the Mediterranean, Middle East and the Pacific Rim to bring together an explosive mix of diverse ingredients creating exceptional cuisine.

Use of fresh, local produce and international herbs and spices makes our dishes not only exciting to taste but very visually spectacular. You can sense the anticipation as each new beautifully dressed platter arrives.

 

We suggest that 12 pieces of Gourmet Fingerfood for each guest would adequately satisfy a substantial appetite over a two to three hour period. If only light food is required then 8 pieces is often sufficient.
